Well, it is a different way to answer a phone.

(By the way, I'll get back on board with my animal features soon.  I had studying and crap get in the way...and I wanted to finish that story.  Rest assured, there will be more)

Ithink that the water at the office should be treated with a blue tint. One that can only be removed with soap. A dye like dentists give kidsto chew after they brushed their teeth. I believe this would cut backon the fallacy of magic water. Magic water is the water that comes outof the sink and kills any germs or bacteria without the use of soap.

I'mamazed how many of my co-workers believe in magic water. And theydisgust me. And those people who are on their way out of the restrooman...

My cat is about 3/4 years old. She is fairly small, as far as cats go, healthy and athletic, and weird recently. I've been coming home and I've seen her pretty much anywhere, looking around at a speed that grants her a 180 degree sight-angle, and generally being weird. Weirdest, she doesn't complain much when I pet her during this, but she's usually pretty darn antisocial. Any clues on what might be causing this? I don't know how long it's been going on, I noticed it yesterday...
I loved this!  I got this joke from a friend today.

Hillary and Obama were in a boat going down the river.

The River was extremely rough.

The boat capsized.

Who was saved?

AMERICA!

I've come to the conclusion that it's our rights that are to blame for all the ills of our society.  It must be true, just look at the evidence.

When a person has commited a crime, it isn't the crime or the person at fault, it is our rights.  The person who robs a store becuase he "needs the money" shouldn't be punished.  He might have a family who depends on his income to survive.  He might have a wife who has needs, or kids who need the influence of their father in their...
Congratulations to the victims of Seung-Hui Cho!  You've won the Virginia Tech Lottery!  That's right, $11 Million in taxpayer money is now yours, simply because you were a victim!

Why should you ever have to work again?  Why should you have to buy medical insurance for yourself?  Why even bother finishing your degree at Virginia Tech?  You were the victim of a crime that the press deemed worthy of their coverage.  You went through trauma and horror that should b...

When they swore her in, she used the Clinton family Bible.  You know, the
one with only seven commandments.'

But she was not athletic enough. She said s...

March 23, 2008 by katyslaven on A map would be nice
Over Christmas break (in fact, I think it was December 26th) I was hanging out with an old friend of mine from high school. We had just gone to a little Christmas/reunion party and thought to ourselves "Why must the night be over so soon? Where could we go to keep talking?" Now, if you knew the town I come from you would realize why late night get-togethers are limited to one's home, assuming one does not live with the parentals. However, we thought of one exception, and found ourselves venturin...

First, I need to state that I saw this first courtesy of my good friend Mark on his blog, This View of Life. I can only pray to science for forgiveness, but a miracle is a miracle and ought to be shared.

Maybe you haven't heard of the famous cheese sandwich that miraculously came with a picture of the Virgin Mary on it.  Here's a picture.

You can google any combination of Virgin, Mary, cheese, and toast and find articles about this miracle.
