This is an "open" mini tutorial don't hesitate to post your advice request !

Basically you have to work with the feature "special paste" or similar (I use PhotoFiltre)
starting from the first frame:
- the only image format in the dock is .png
- the full "square" size is 128x128 or 256x256
consider to match the max icon magnifying size in the dock (256 pixels) for a simple animation (8 frames)
use 128 pixels for a complex animation (20+ more frames)

I've been using SkinStudio 6 for a few months now, but what i've recently noticed is that you can't skin windows message boxes. I want to customize message boxes by applying my own icons and background. Why doesn't Skinstudio 6 support this? When it does, when will it be available?In the meanwhile, are there any MessageBox editors which can customize the message icon as well as the background?

With a typical installation of Windows (regardless of what version is installed), the Windows Explorer background is white. HOW BORING!!! With a little experimentation with Skinstudio 6, I found out that you could use any Bitmap or PNG file to fill your Windows Explorer background. Don't believe me? Even though it isn't officially released for North America yet, hundreds of PSP owners have updated their firmware to find the ability to customize the icons, background and UI, of their beloved portable console. Only two official themes have been released on the Japanese Playstation site, but a translation reveals their are many more to come, along with Sony possibly releasing software to create your own later this month.

Ok this a long shot but I'm hoping someone knows how to get it done.

Now that people are starting to use RightClick on Vista, Snidely asked the question of how you place an entry in RightClick to directly access items like "Personalize" in Windows Vista. I gave the solution on IRC last night, but I wanted to share it with the rest of your here.

In the RightClick configuration window create a new shortcut. In the "target" box, enter the following:

control.exe /name Microsoft.Personalization
