Where have we gotten? Seriously. Bravo HP Enterprise. Darwin Award of the century goes to you, hands down.

"Last year, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) allowed a Russian defense agency to analyze the source code of a cybersecurity software used by the Pentagon, Reuters reports. The software, a product called ArcSight, is an important piece of cyber defense for the Army, Air Force and Navy and works by alerting users to suspicious activity -- such as a high number of f...

Spy vs. Spy vs. Spy. "Who's on first?"...one's tempted to ask.

How did it all get started? This incendiary piece. Summary:

"The unnamed contractor removed the material from the NSA and stored it on a home computer that ran a version of Kaspersky AV. The material, according to the unnamed sources, included "details about how the NSA penetrates foreign computer networks, the computer code it uses for such spying, and how it defends networks inside the US." Sometime in 2015,...

Any help appreciated.

Its a shame politics were brought into the Vegas massacre before the victims were even counted, but one thing everyone should agree on is that large gatherings of people massed together are now targets for massacres in our future. They could be shot, whether guns are legal or not, Run over with trucks or vehicles, firebombed, killed with explosives, attacked from the air with drones outfitted with biological agents like anthrax or ricin, and on and on. When the right time for politics comes, the...
Greetings!

So the team is starting work on the next major expansion pack.  But we also want to keep an eye on the base game.

Right now, the recent Steam reviews for GalCiv are pretty awful with most of the people reviewing it doing so because they don't like some of the changes in v2.5.  So if there are changes you would like in 2.7 and beyond, this would be the place to ask.

The Steam review system is something I have and will continue to complain about because frankly,...

It's been a year since we posted the last big public update on the new Star Control.

Last year, we began the Founders Program!  Thank you all that joined.  In the next two weeks, we will be ending the Founder's Program as we prepare for a public Beta program.  If you want to join the Founder's Program it's not too late yet.

A new tier

Right now, we have Founders and Lifetime Founders.  Both get access to our internal vault of stuff.  Lifetime Founders get everyt...

From the desk of Sam Moreno
Manager, Reclamation, INC.

I always thought that working with a bunch of people mired in debt would be one of those jobs where I ended up hating everyone and just went home to the bottle every night. These people were supposed to be degenerates who had to pay back society so that they could have their lives again. I was supposed to look down on them.

Thing is, I didn’t. Frank was the first one to enlighten me. These men and women had been wronged ...

I have only watched 15 minutes of the 2 hour premiere so far, and the new Marvels: The Inhumans beats every other new show so far! Superb plot, great acting!

Today was long and weirdly interesting. I stated out getting my grocery shopping done so I'd be back before my eye doctor appointment. While waiting to return home this guy said he heard that some where in Oregon this woman went on vacation leaving her six kids at home and got arrested for child endangerment because the children were two 12 year olds, one 9, one 8, one 5 and one 3. My guess is she thought two twelve year old children was the equivalent of one 24 year old... Then while going home...

Happy Feature Friday! We had some nice skins come through the galleries over the past week or so and it was a bit tough selecting one to be featured, but today I wanted to feature Flattened by DaveBax for WindowBlinds.

If you like dark skins then you will definitely want to grab this one!

Comrades! It was a private post, but I was disturbed by it and I'm glad to no longer be subscribed to John Doe. I love the US with all its flaws and wouldn't think of leaving it. And if I did decide to leave it, I wouldn't move somewhere that has 3X the murder rate of Chicago without the investigative apparatus of an American police force. Good luck man.
