I just installed Multiplicity on my laptop and my desktop everything says it's connected. My laptop is my primary. So my question is, how on my laptop do I see my desktop? There is no icon on my screen to connect or see my desktop, there is no command in my right click and the icon in my taskbar only shows the config window. I read the manual and watched the video. It never shows you how to use it.

Thinking of doing a somewhat "Modern" skin here. As an example this is one I was commissioned to do several years ago called Flaty. It was never released and won't ever be, but I was thinking of doing a somewhat modern flat skin for public release. Do you think I should do one or not? I would really appreciate your comments.

Anyway yet (or future product suggestion) - of getting transparency back on Windows 10 title bars. This guy has done it with Glass8 ( ) but it's 'donation' only and you are not guaranteed the product or any number of keys for the software. If it was built into Window Blinds - so that you could select the default theme and adjust the transparency, that would be great. Tonnes of people on the Glass8 forums are interested in this, so definitely a worthwhile ...
The DesktopX weather widgets are not working AGAIN. Weather Underground did something to their feed so for the past few days the forcast has been disappearing.

While working on my Steampunk wall I wanted a complete Steampunk theme on my screen. So I downloaded Kitty's icon pack and cursor. I'm running the cursor now but CursorFX will not open when I click on either the shortcut or the exe in the folder. Same thing with IconPackager. With that I clicked on the .ip and nothing happened. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Does any one know what system color source/setting Windows 10 uses for the icon color in, for example, the Windows Settings dialog? In the Win10 Personalization/Colors dialog, it is called Accent Color. If I choose an Accent Color then re-apply Windowblinds for any reason (and there's a reason fairly often, unfortunately), the color reverts to a different color, presumably from the system colors section of the WB skin.  I can't work out which system color is being invoked play...

WindowBlinds 10 gives Windows users the ability to change the look and feel of the desktop by applying custom skins to the user interface. There are thousands of skins available to create a truly custom feel. WindowBlinds has an interface that is very easy to use, but I wanted to go over the basics of the app and how to get started with changing your desktop theme. Get WindowBlinds here. WindowBlinds Overview When you first open WindowBlinds, the main ‘Style’ configuration s...

Just FYI for devs. Have two rigs, both Win7ProSP1, both using the same skin (slightly modified Primavera by essorant), both using Firefox 50.1.0 with same theme and plugins. One rig still has WB 10.46 beta, the other WB10.5. The rendering of tab text in FF changed with 10.5 - rendered in white in 10.46 beta, in black in 10.5. All the best & Happy New Year!

Hi guys! I want to keep creating scenarios for Desktopx but since I upgrade to WIndows 10 I leave the project. Some week ago many people write me asking for Scenarios for Windows 10. My question is... there is any software alternative to reach the same or similar funtions like to create objects (clickable) on the desktop?  By the moment the best option is WINSTEP XTREME 16.12.  Is this the best or there is any posibility that Stardock release a DesktopX 10 anytime?   ...

DeskScapes is a great way to mange your wallpapers, whether they are animated or static wallpapers. If you are not familiar with DeskScapes, it allows you to have animated wallpapers on your Windows desktop, and even lets you apply effects to those wallpapers for even more customization. One of the questions I get asked the most about DeskScapes is how you can have wallpapers change randomly. It’s a cool feature but it seems not everyone is aware how to enable it, so I wanted to focus o...
