In a couple of weeks Blog Navigiator 1.0 will be released and boy is it cool. It's the only way I interact with JoeUser pretty much these days because the speed advantages of RSS feeds vs. slogging it through the JoeUser.com website are so apparent. The only thing I can't do - yet - is navigate through the forums. But that should be rectified fairly soon.  But it's not just reading blogs, posting blogs is easy too. The posting part requires Blog Navigator Pro which will come out...

Cartoons were once the staple of children's programming, but with thesuccess of shows like The Simpsons and South Park , along with theCartoon Network's Adult Swim , it seems that cartoons geared to adults andolder teens are now more widely accepted. So you have built your website. Everything is nice and shiny. Only one thing is missing: Some visitors. Some visitors that find your site via a Google™ Search would be especially welcome, right? You probably heard the story about incoming links. If your site has a link from anothersite pointing to your site and the first site is already in Google™'s index, the Google™-bot will index your site on its next visit. If you just put a link on any site that is in Google™'s index, you m...

Once your site has been slurped by Yahoo you usually have to wait 2 to 6 weeks until you see your listing appear in the Yahoo Search Results. Here is a trick, how you can take a peek at what yahoo will display, long before it is visible in the regular search results: Go to Yahoo.com and key in your search in the address field. http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=XXX&vs=YYY Replace XXX with a term that is found on the page that you want to appear and replace YYYwith your URL. SOURCE: FORBES Google Vs. Yahoo! Davide Dukcevich, 04.26.04, 6:00 AM ET NEW YORK - Back in the simpler, more innocent mid-1990s, Internet searches were seen as a loss leader. As Piper Jaffray's Safa Rashtchy explained in a March 2003 research report, portals all but dismissed search. Sure, it was a nice way to bring in users, but it was just one of the many services that surfers would use on a Web site. Better to outsource it. Overture changed all that. By selling the rights ...
This week I thought I would explore the world of net radio. I have beenactive with radio online for quite a few years, and I thought that it would beworth exploring these types of sites this week. Hello, everyone! Welcome. I have created this blog or site here because I have found that this is the place to find the people who use thier computer and the internet at least 6 hours a day. I am on mine at least 12 hours. I have 3 computers running on one desk. I have a Celeron 2.4Ghz, a Pent 4 2.0Ghz, and a AMD Athlon XP 2.4Ghz. Don't ask me why, all I know is that one is not a enough. Even 3 are not enough for me sometimes. I am addicted to them. To me they represent unlimited pot...

This is a great find from what I want to do with my websites. Having RSS feeds from other related sites allows those who visit to get as much relevant data or information as possible. Over the last few weeks I have been using Blog Navigator and it has impressed me with its ability to read RSS feeds. Stardock Blog Navigator: This view of Blog Navigator shows 3 views, all the RSS feeds (far left), the selected RSS Feed post listings for example the RSS feed selected is Stardock on t...
