I know some people (JM and above) are having uploads going into moderation.  We are trying to track down the reason why, so if you are experiencing this problem please let us know in this thread only. As always, make sure you clear your cache and cookies as we had a server move recently.  Also, let us know which browser you are using.  

It seems lately, whenever I upload several skins, one will always go to moderation. As a Journeyman, this shouldn't happen.   Why does this happen, and could someone please go push my Concept LCD Weather Gadget through? It shouldn't be there to begin with.   Please and thank you.

I have had a few people tell me they are having trouble with some parts of the site (commenting for instance) due to their use of ad-blockers or browser plugins. Ads are a part of our revenue stream that is very important to the operations of WinCustomize.  If you aren't a subscriber, then that makes ads one of our sole sources of income and we are not going to change things so that ad-blockers will work without issue. The default count of 30 skins per page was just not enough for me when viewing my skins list. At 30 per page, I have 12 pages to thumb through. I decided to create a shortcut with the page size increased to cover all of my skins and it actually worked. I saw that after WinCustomize-site update that there is not much new subscribers skins vs before.  And i believe that it was an exclusive feature on subscribers-list. But i am not even sure, how many is Windows 7 compatible, no info.   And about "subscriber skins", i suggest that WinCustomize can offer a voucher or similar, so you can choose any skins you want... I have taken a screenshot of my gallery page on Wincustomize, and made some changes in Photoshop to show how much better it would look if the skin information was moved down away from the thumbnail. Surely this can't be hard for the web guys at Stardock...... The thumbnail that I changed has the red square around it........

Just uploaded my first SMX and in the first preview window nothing shows up. I finished the upload and in the screen where its supposed to be its blank. Should I re-upload?

If you use the Explore Features in the Recently Featured area of the site, sorted by Recently Featured and a Page Size of 60, you get skins on page one dating back to 1999 (several without thumbnail images) through 2009 (58 pages).  I would imagine that is not supposed to work that way right? 

I was surprised today when I came to visit and my McAfee SiteAdviser popped up red at WinCustomize, claiming the downloads include "adware, spyware or other potentially unwanted programs." Maybe someone official could check this out.  The offending download is Xbox_360_Desktop.exe.  There's a place at the top of the page in the link above for the "owner to leave a comment."  I just thought I would make the staff aware of this.

With the new Wincustomize, how do I find a link to someones personal site? On the old site you could click on a skinners name under Top Skinners and you would be taken to thier WinCustomize site. Now you just end up with a list of latest skins. There used to be a address book of sorts that you could look someone up and get to thier site...where is it now? I'm not sure if its a bug or what but when I click the "all" button on the search bar at top right only 11 of the many programs show up in the drop down, I click the all button contained within the menu assuming it would open the menu further to see more selections but it just closes the menu and the bar is set back to all again.. is there another way to select the given libraries shown? or have we lost the ability to search like, the DX gallery etc that arent listed in the 11 shown in the menu?...
